I had the opportunity to teach Cost Management this weekend for the Orlando PMI chapter. I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and look forward to teaching more PMP exam prep modules for Orlando PMI. The nice thing about teaching for them, is the use of the Devry classrooms down at the Orlando South campus. I always enjoy going down there as it is a beautiful facility. I also happened to be teaching in the classroom next to Marty, my PM instructor from Keller Grad School. It was really strange having him visit MY class room. I also ran into Lynn, Todd and Anthony from my PM masters program. It was like coming full circle.

I have had several opportunities to teach PM lately as I am also facilitating a Chase exam study group which is 12 weeks long. Kelley, Linda and I also created and facilitated several basic PM intro course for one of our sister BE teams, Organizational Readiness. Courses included Issue Management, Time Management, Meeting Facilitation, Communications, Stakeholder Management and Conflict Resolution. We received high accolades for our ability to gear the material to beginning project team members.
